The Eagles continued their winning ways in Los Angeles, defeating the Rams 23-14 to move to 5-0 on the season.
Hurts didn’t play his best game, but he did enough to help lead the team to victory. He finished the day with 303 yards, two total touchdowns, and one interception. Receivers A.J. Brown and Dallas Goedert both eclipsed the 100 yard mark, and Goedert added his first touchdown of the season to cap off a 75-yard opening drive.
Defensively, after allowing two first half passing touchdowns from Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford, the Eagles defense didn’t allow a point in the second half.
The Eagles will look to get to 6-0 this Sunday, October 15th as they make the short trip up I-95 to MetLife stadium to face off against the 2-3 New York Jets.
